Under Michelle’s leadership Encore grew from a small DBA to a successful boutique agency employing over 30 professionals. She is passionate about the meetings and events industry and owning a women-owned business. Michelle enjoys mentoring and being mentored and works tirelessly to create solid long lasting partnerships. Michelle received her Degree in Communications from the University of Colorado.
