Megan Van Dyke : Chief Creative Officer

Megan has worked for Encore since 1999.  She has led the team of 17 planners and overseen the incentives and large event business prior to joining the company as a co-owner.  The most rewarding part of what she does is the constant drive to push the boundaries of the standard meetings and events box.  Her innate ability to create unique experiences drives long term client loyalty and ensures that events always tie back to the overall objectives, brand and theme.

Creative guru, magazine junkie, obsessed with chai tea lattes, rarely misses a workout. “That which doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger… or just smarter.”

Megan believes that as long as you keep and open mind and have the ability to think on your feet, there is never a situation that is too great to overcome.  The one asset she could not live without onsite and everyday is her iphone; with the internet, email and great apps…she is unstoppable. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality, Meeting and Travel Administration from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
